- Integrations with Google, WordPress, Shopify, Cloudflare, social media platforms, and other services.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities
When registering for and using SEOEZ, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and valid registration information.
- Keeping passwords, API Keys, and authentication credentials secure.
- Not sharing access without authorization or using another person’s account without permission.
- Taking responsibility for activities performed through your account, except where such activities result from circumstances attributable to SEOEZ.
- Notifying SEOEZ if you detect unauthorized access or a security incident.
A single account may participate in multiple Workspaces according to the permissions granted. Being invited to a Workspace does not create a separate login account.
Users must have the legal capacity to accept and comply with these Terms or obtain authorization from a legal representative.
SEOEZ reserves the right to implement protective measures, temporarily restrict access, or request verification when account security risks are detected.
3. Workspace Management and Access Permissions
Workspace owners have the right to manage members, websites, data, and settings within the scope of the available features.
Workspace owners are responsible for:
- Granting and revoking appropriate access permissions.
- Managing the activities of Workspace members.
- Ensuring that data uploaded to the platform has been lawfully obtained.
- Reviewing access permissions before performing critical operations.
Members may only access and use features and data within their assigned permissions.
SEOEZ implements access control and data isolation mechanisms between Workspaces.
We are not liable for damages directly resulting from inappropriate permissions granted by Workspace owners, except where otherwise required by law or where SEOEZ is responsible for the underlying fault.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
SEOEZ offers free and paid subscription plans with features, usage limits, and pricing published on the platform.
4.1. Pricing and Payment Methods
- Service prices are displayed before users confirm a transaction.
- Payments may be made through bank transfers or other payment methods supported by SEOEZ.
- The platform uses credits as its internal unit for service payments.
- Under the current system, 1 credit is equivalent to 1 VND.
- For transactions in foreign currencies, the number of credits received is determined by the exchange rate displayed when the transaction is created.
4.2. Using Credits
Credits can be used to purchase subscription plans, themes, additional member slots, and other paid features.
Account balances, transaction histories, and applicable fees are displayed within the user’s account.
Credits are not automatically redeemable for cash or transferable unless SEOEZ explicitly publishes a policy permitting such actions.
4.3. Renewals and Plan Changes
- Users may enable or disable automatic renewal through the available settings.
- When automatic renewal is enabled, the system may use the available credit balance to pay renewal fees when due.
- Mid-cycle plan upgrades may be calculated based on the remaining subscription period and the price displayed before confirmation.
- Plan downgrade requests may be scheduled to take effect in the next billing cycle.
- If the credit balance is insufficient or the subscription expires, certain features may be restricted according to the applicable plan policy.
4.4. Refunds
Refund requests or transaction adjustments will be reviewed according to the refund conditions published by SEOEZ at the time of purchase and applicable laws.
In cases involving failed transactions, duplicate payments, or incorrectly recorded balances, users may contact our support team for investigation and resolution.
5. Content and Data Ownership
Users retain lawful ownership of the content, website data, articles, images, and other materials they provide.
By using SEOEZ, users authorize the platform to store, process, transform, and transmit data to the extent necessary to deliver the selected features.
SEOEZ does not automatically acquire ownership of customer data or content.
Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the necessary rights to use and publish content.
- Avoiding violations of third-party copyrights, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
- Verifying the accuracy and legality of content before publication.
- Taking responsibility for data imported, synchronized, or published at their request.
SEOEZ owns or holds lawful rights to the software, interface, brand, source code, and other components of the platform.
Users may not copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use these components outside the permitted scope without authorization.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
SEOEZ provides AI-powered content creation tools and integrations with multiple AI model providers.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, duplicate information, or unsuitable material.
- Results may vary depending on the selected model, prompts, and input data.
- Users should review, edit, and verify AI-generated content before publication.
- The use of third-party AI models is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use input data and utilize the generated outputs.
SEOEZ does not guarantee that all AI-generated content will be accurate, unique, compliant with search engine standards, or free from potential copyright disputes.
7. Third-Party Service Integrations
SEOEZ supports integrations with Google, WordPress, Shopify, Cloudflare, Telegram, social media platforms, and other external services.
By connecting these services, users confirm that they have the necessary rights to access the accounts and authorize the relevant operations.
Users are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and technical limitations imposed by these providers.
SEOEZ does not have full control over the operations, policies, or changes implemented by third-party services.
Certain features may be affected when providers:

- Change their system architecture or functionality.
- Experience outages or discontinue their services.
SEOEZ will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility and notify users when significant service disruptions occur.
Users may disconnect integrated services or revoke previously granted permissions through the available mechanisms.
8. VPS Management and Website Operations
Server Manager enables users to connect servers, deploy websites, modify configurations, manage DNS settings, and perform data backup and recovery operations.
When using these features, users are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have lawful administrative rights over the relevant servers and domain names.
- Providing accurate connection information.
- Reviewing configurations before confirming deployments or changes.
- Maintaining appropriate backups of important data.
- Verifying the results after performing administrative operations.
Operations such as server migrations, DNS changes, 301 redirects, data restoration, or website deletion may cause service interruptions or affect existing data.
SEOEZ performs operations according to the configurations and permissions provided by users.
We implement reasonable technical measures to minimize risks but do not guarantee that every operation will succeed in every server environment.
Each party’s responsibility for incidents will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable laws.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use SEOEZ to:
- Engage in activities that violate applicable laws.
- Gain unauthorized access to, damage, or interfere with systems.
- Distribute malware, harmful software, or fraudulent content.
- Collect, use, or disclose personal data unlawfully.
- Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
- Abuse resources, intentionally overload systems, or disrupt platform operations.
- Circumvent security restrictions or access controls without authorization.
- Conduct spam activities or automation that violates applicable laws or the terms of relevant platforms.
SEOEZ may issue warnings, impose restrictions, or temporarily suspend services when violations are detected.
In serious cases, we may terminate access and take necessary actions in accordance with applicable laws.

SEOEZ strives to maintain a stable, secure, and continuously available platform.
However, services may be interrupted due to:
- System maintenance or upgrades.
- Infrastructure, network, or server failures.
- Third-party service disruptions.
- Force majeure events.
- Technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SEOEZ will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever practicable.
SEO tools, rank tracking, indexing checks, and data analysis features provide information, results, or recommendations based on their respective data sources and processing methods.
SEOEZ does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, website traffic, revenue, or SEO outcomes.
Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
11. Service Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using the services, disable automatic renewal, or request account deletion through the available mechanisms.
SEOEZ may suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- The user materially violates these Terms.
- The account shows signs of compromise or presents security risks.
- The services are used for unlawful activities.
- The user fails to meet the payment requirements of the applicable subscription plan.
- A valid request is received from a competent authority.
Where appropriate, SEOEZ will notify users of the reasons and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Service termination may affect the ability to access, synchronize, or manage data.
Users are encouraged to export or back up necessary data before discontinuing the services.
Data retention and deletion following termination will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEOEZ is not responsible for losses arising entirely from:
- Incorrect data, configurations, or actions provided or performed by users.
- Unauthorized activities conducted by users or members with granted access.
- Publication of content that violates laws or third-party rights.
- Independent failures of external service providers beyond SEOEZ’s reasonable control.
- Failure by users to implement necessary security measures or backups within their responsibility.
This provision does not exclude SEOEZ’s liability for damages caused by our own fault or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
In the event of an incident, both parties are expected to cooperate by providing relevant information, identifying the cause, and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
13. Personal Data Protection
SEOEZ collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

14. Changes to These Terms
SEOEZ may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business policies, or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be published on our website along with their effective dates.
For significant changes affecting users’ rights or obligations, SEOEZ will provide appropriate notice and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
Changes will not be applied in a manner that unlawfully deprives users of previously established legal rights.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with the use of our services, users are encouraged to contact SEOEZ for assistance.
Both parties will prioritize good-faith communication, negotiation, and mutually acceptable solutions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be handled in accordance with applicable laws by the appropriate competent authority.
These Terms do not restrict users’ rights to file complaints, initiate legal proceedings, or exercise other rights provided by law.
